Cropping and framing
I would like to share with you my method for correctly cropping and framing any kind of photo by using a "home-made" proportional grid.
The problem comes from Lightroom : even if you can change the different styles of grids for framing (grid, diagonals, thirds, etc), you can't access them all at the same time.
That's why I have created a grid in colours, composed of all the necessary lines, which can be simply copied/pasted in Photoshop, in order to place the photo in the background with the exact pixel you want.
There are below several examples, each in 4 steps, from original picture to the final result, to see what I am talking about.
The manual in PDF format that explains the different steps is available by sending me an e-mail at : firstname.lastname@example.orgI hope you find it interesting. Don't hesitate to leave a comment, or better still, share your own method with others.
